Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy applies to residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada (SB 370) and Connecticut, and to anyone whose information WeedWayz processes in those states. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What we may collect

WeedWayz does not ask for health conditions, diagnoses, treatments or medical card numbers. Information that could be treated as consumer health data is limited to: searches for cannabis businesses or products (including medical dispensaries), stores you save, follow or shortlist, check-ins at stores, helper chats if you turn on helper memory, and device location when you tap and allow it.

Where it comes from and why

It comes from you when you use WeedWayz. We use it to provide the feature you asked for (search results, saved stores, check-ins, helper answers). We use it for personalization or sponsored picks only after you give a separate yes in the app or on the website.

Who receives it

Only our service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, email delivery, AI text generation with contact details removed, map tiles) and, for messages you send, the business you chose. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we have your consumer health data, see it, get a list of the third parties and affiliates that received it, delete it, and withdraw consent at any time: use Account → Privacy & consent, "Deny data use", Delete my account, or email [email protected] with the subject "Health data request". We respond within 45 days, and you can appeal a denial by replying with the subject "Health data appeal".
