Reviews
We never remove or hide a review because a business pays us, and paid plans can't buy review changes. Businesses can reply publicly. Anyone can report a review; a moderator removes it only if it breaks one of these rules: fake or spam; written by the business, its staff or a competitor; not about a real visit; hateful, harassing or threatening; contains personal information; or illegal content. Every removal is logged below with its reason (reviewer identity is never shown).

Ads and ranking
Regular search results are ranked by relevance and distance only. Paid plans and ads never change that order. Paid placements appear in separate, capped slots labeled Sponsored, with a "Why this ad?" note. Ads are shown only to visitors who passed the 21+ date-of-birth check and only in states where that ad is legal. How we count impressions and clicks.
Your data
We don't use third-party ad trackers or sell consumer data. The age check stores only a pass/fail count per state per day, never your date of birth. Privacy policy.
Licenses
"License verified" means the license number on the listing matched the state regulator's public list on the date shown. We re-check every night; listings whose license drops off the list or lapses are suspended along with their ads until fixed.
