Every licensed business gets a free listing that never goes away. Paid plans and ads are priced per location / per market at fixed published prices: no auctions, no "your competitor bid more" calls. Prices change only with 30 days' written notice.

A "market" is one state. Every ad is labeled Sponsored, shown only to visitors who passed our 21+ date-of-birth check, and only where it's legal. THC advertisers need a verified, active state license and can advertise only in their own licensed state. Your license number and the state's required warnings are added automatically. Each campaign is reviewed before it runs; Ohio and Vermont also need the regulator's approval on file. Start a campaign.
How we count
Definitions: an impression is counted when at least 50% of the ad is on screen, for a visitor who passed the 21+ date-of-birth check, not a known bot, at most once per visitor per ad per 30 minutes. A click is a tap through the ad (once per visitor per 10 minutes). Counts are never modeled, sampled or estimated; there is no "reach" number. Dates are UTC.
Reports export as CSV, with an audience-composition file per state for your compliance records.
Paying
We invoice you; pay by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle (invoice number as the memo). Card payments are not offered yet. Zelle is final with no buyer protection; refunds follow the advertising terms. Unpaid invoices: reminders at 1 and 7 days, past due at 14 days, and paid features pause at 30 days. Your free listing always stays. Plans and ads are sold only here on the web, never inside the app.
